St. Luke’s faced a complex and competitive market in Duluth, Minn. The St. Luke’s medical office building was a key component of advancing patient care in the local community and increasing its market share in an ever-changing and competitive landscape. The forward-thinking design solution maximized opportunities for horizontal and vertical expansion within a tight urban site, all while providing additional clinic space and expanded service offerings. New service offerings included gastroenterology, neurology, preventive medicine, pediatrics, and plastic surgery.
Through an integrative approach and intensive strategic planning, the two-story medical office building brought much-needed flexibility to accommodate new technology and future growth. The medical office building on St. Luke’s campus allows St. Luke’s to deliver world-class care and advanced life-saving procedures that were once unavailable to the local community.
