ERDMAN / OUR LEADERSHIP
Brian Happ
Chairman
Brian Happ is ERDMAN’s Chairman and a company owner. Extending the firm’s culture of leadership, integrity, and standing behind our work, Brian has committed ERDMAN to help healthcare and senior living leaders realize their strategic and operational goals. This has been achieved by aligning business strategies and specific objectives with the right real estate solutions, including a particular focus on the patient and resident experience.
Prior to his current role, Brian served as an executive in key areas within ERDMAN for over 20 years. During his tenure, he has developed and executed market-focused strategies built on a foundation of behavioral-based leadership and culture. His vision and leadership were also instrumental in ownership transitions from a family business to private equity, to publicly traded, and to now professionally owned. Additionally, Brian has led ERDMAN through uncertainties and changes in healthcare and senior living over the past decade, including the coronavirus pandemic. Brian’s leadership and vision has positioned ERDMAN for long-term, sustained growth as a trusted partner built on a nationally ranked culture of constructive leadership and values.
Having access to high-quality health and senior care leads to healthier communities, more engaged clinicians and staff, as well as reduced system costs. This is an area of significant need, and one where ERDMAN can have a direct impact on improving the lives of others. By providing expert guidance to our clients, they can advance the delivery of care in the communities they serve.
