MADISON, WIS. – As we ring in the new year, we have an exciting announcement to share! Brian Happ, ERDMAN’s previous CEO, will be assuming the Chairman role for ERDMAN. Rustin Becker, most recently ERDMAN’s President & COO, has been promoted to President & CEO.
Rustin’s promotion has been a planned leadership transition for several years and comes at a time when the company’s foundation is strong and positioned for continued growth and success. “I am extremely proud of Rustin’s leadership skills and the Senior Leadership Team that we have built together,” explains Happ. “Under Rustin’s leadership, ERDMAN will continue to execute on our strategic growth, delivery, and cultural initiatives. Rustin has been a key leader within ERDMAN for 20 impactful years and I look forward to working with him in a governance and ownership role as he continues to build on ERDMAN’s success.”
“My twenty years with ERDMAN has provided tremendous opportunities for growth through the different roles and areas of the organization I have led, and I’m honored to take on the challenge with this next level of leadership,” says Becker. “ERDMAN has an amazing culture and the broadest capabilities through our offerings and people to solve the challenges of our healthcare and senior living clients. I’m intensely passionate about and focused on continuing ERDMAN’s momentum and growth through our differentiated offerings, culture, and spirit of innovation.”
As this change in leadership is part of ERDMAN’s long-term plan, we are proud to have the support of ERDMAN’s Board of Directors and David Lubar, CEO of Lubar & Co., ERDMAN’s Principal Owner. “We are most pleased to congratulate Rustin Becker on his promotion,” says Lubar. “The Lubar family and Board has steadfast confidence in his knowledge, skills, experience, and ability to continue ERDMAN’s position as a premier provider of integrative solutions to the healthcare and senior living markets, as well as to our clients.” Lubar and his family have been associated with ERDMAN for over 50 years, beginning with Marshall Erdman recruiting Sheldon Lubar as one of his directors in the 1960s. “We also thank Brian Happ for his many years of valued service. He was a key leader in multiple ownership transitions from a family business, to private equity, to publicly traded, and to professionally owned,” continues Lubar. “As CEO, Brian has also led ERDMAN through uncertainties and changes in the healthcare market over the past 10 years. He positioned ERDMAN for sustained growth, supported by a culture built on constructive leadership and values. We are most pleased that Brian will serve as Chairman and continue to be involved with the governance, growth, and ownership of ERDMAN.”
Through this time of transition, we assure our clients, people, and other stakeholders that we will continue the great work we have done with all of you. We are a team committed to excellence and are focused on ERDMAN’s mission to rethink healthcare and senior living so leaders can build healthier communities.
