Mr. Medendorp brings a wealth of experience and leadership to ERDMAN. Notable for his ability to drive growth, enhance patient experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance, Jim’s career is marked by a series of transformative achievements. His expertise encompasses strategic transformation, operational optimization, and business development within the healthcare sector.
Jim Medendorp’s extensive career includes pivotal roles at Saint Francis Health System, The Innova Group, Kaufman Hall & Associates, and Wellspring Partners/Huron Consulting. In his recent independent consulting work, he collaborated with prestigious academic medical centers globally, spearheading strategic and financial planning efforts and pioneering business development strategies.

With a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and ongoing pursuit of an MBA in Healthcare Management at Western Governors University, Jim is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development. He is an active member of the American College of Health Care Executives and the HMA Academy Chief Strategy Officer Forum. In addition, Jim has spoken and published on a variety of topics regarding strategy, operational efficiency, revenue diversification, and facility planning and deployment, further demonstrating his dedication to advancing the healthcare industry.
