Janet Lively McCauley leads ERDMAN’s healthcare market sector, developing and implementing the strategy for how we meet client needs. In partnership with the President & CEO and her fellow senior leaders, she shapes our view of where healthcare is going, defines our healthcare business development strategy, and collaborates with healthcare leaders across the country. Through her authentic approach, she builds highly trusted relationships and engages teams in developing focused, forward-thinking solutions for clients.
A servant leader, Janet serves as the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Foundation Board of Trustees President and is a Chapter Past President, is President-elect for the KY Chapter of the Association of Medical Facilities Professionals, is a Director on the Norton Healthcare Foundation Board, The Kentucky Derby Festival Board of Directors, maintains active memberships in SMPS and the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, and is a donor to several civic organizations.
For me, healthcare is not simply a profession, it’s being an active part in building healthier communities and helping find solutions for our clients who deliver care.
I derive purpose from bringing strategic minds together to foster innovation and improve healthcare access, laying the foundation for a healthier future for everyone.
